Business Development Executive

Overview

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and develop **new business opportunities** across advertising, exhibitions, events, retail, and interior fit-out sectors
• Build and maintain **strong client relationships** from initial contact to project completion
• Understand client needs and propose **creative signage, graphics, display, and fit-out solutions**
• Prepare **quotations**, negotiate pricing, and confidently **close sales**
• Coordinate closely with **design, production, and installation teams** to ensure smooth execution
• Manage **project timelines, site coordination, and client communication**
• Ensure high levels of **customer satisfaction and repeat business**

What We’re Looking For

• **2–4 years of B2B sales experience** in advertising, signage, exhibitions, events, or interior fit-out
• Strong **communication, presentation, and negotiation skills**
• Ability to **manage multiple projects** and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• **Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred**
• Experience in the **UAE market** is a plus
• **Valid UAE driving license** is preferred
