Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, develop and update project documents, including contracts, specifications, drawings and bill of quantity.
- Review for accuracy and comparison of all project documents.
- Review, prepare, develop and update technical documents (e.g. manuals, workflows, Technical Submissions, product data sheet, etc.).
- Distribute project related document copies to relevant internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Retrieve files as requested by management, employees and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Prepare ad hoc reports on projects as needed.
- Email documents to related parties.
- Copy, scan and store documents.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Staff / Document Controller or similar role
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Familiarity with project management
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- BSc degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or relevant fields
- Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law is a plus
