The **Receptionist** is the first point of contact at the **Fitness / Wellness Studio**, responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and organized front-desk experience.
This role supports daily studio operations through efficient client handling, appointment coordination, and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage calls, messages, bookings, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate schedules for classes, trainers, and treatments.
- Handle basic billing, memberships, and client records accurately.
- Support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Requirements
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fitness, wellness, hospitality, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and reliability.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
