Comolounge is seeking a motivated and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor.
The role is responsible for the smooth operation of the coffee shop branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily coffee shop operations.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, quality, and company standards.
- Monitor stock and daily operational requirements.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure the branch runs efficiently and smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader, or senior barista in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service attitude.
- Ability to manage staff and branch operations independently.
- Responsible, organized, and energetic approach to work.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
