Role Overview
Comolounge is seeking a hands-on Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead daily floor operations and the service team.
The role is focused on customer service, specialty coffee and food delivery, and operational standards.
Immediate joining is expected.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and schedule baristas and service staff.
- Monitor daily floor operations to maintain an exceptional guest experience and smooth service flow.
- Oversee daily and weekly inventory counts for coffee beans, dairy, packaging, and retail merchandise.
- Ensure beverage quality, food handling, hygiene, and safety comply with standard protocols.
- Handle daily cash registers, point-of-sale openings and closings, and basic shift reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- A diploma is preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Two years of coffee shop experience is preferred.
- Two years of food and beverage experience is preferred.
- English language ability is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Al-Ayn or plan to relocate before starting.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at the coffee shop in Al-Ayn.
- Reliable commuting or relocation before starting is preferred.
