Job Overview

  • Female Call Center Manager – Arabic & English Speaker

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Call Center team.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure service excellence.
  • Track KPIs, call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates.
  • Implement strategies to improve team productivity and customer experience.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with salon operations to maintain seamless customer service.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Call Center Management.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage targets, performance metrics, and team development.
