Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention.
  • Manage customer database and segmentation.
  • Create loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales trends.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Enhance the overall customer journey.
