Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Team in timely implementation of the marketing calendar and measurement of results
- Assist in planning and executing events, including Global Events, Regional Events, and boutique animations
- Coordinate with retail teams on guest invitations, attendance, post event actions, and follow ups
- Monitor and report on ROI for each event
- Support retail teams in developing and delivering relevant experiences for clients
- Coordinate gifts and actions for clients in collaboration with retail teams
- Monitor and report on competitors’ events and clienteling initiatives, identifying best practices
- Assist the team with administrative tasks and participate in other transversal projects as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management, or related field
- Demonstrated interest or experience in fashion, luxury, or marketing environments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in UAE
- Previous experience in retail, marketing, or events
