Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in high end or luxury retail environment
- Fluency in English
- Passion for makeup and beauty
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Context & Environment
- Position based in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi.
- Beauty Advisor role within Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make up, fragrances, skincare).

Surpassing client expectations
- Create tailor made experience and offer personalized solutions.
- Ensure clients are welcomed to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
- Develop cross selling among all categories.
- Handle client complaints and requests effectively.
- Build own client database and focus on clienteling.
- Participate in beauty events and workshops.
Boutique operation
- Ensure boutique is well maintained per VM guidelines.
- Understand and participate in boutique operations and provide reports to Manager.
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Key Competencies & Requirements
- Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years experience in high end or luxury retail.
- Fluency in English is a must; Arabic or Russian an advantage.
- Passionate about make up and beauty with strong understanding of client experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive mindset, intercultural approach.
