About the Role
CHANEL seeks an experienced Beauty Advisor for its Yas Mall boutique in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing personalized client experiences, sharing brand knowledge, achieving sales targets, and maintaining boutique standards.

Responsibilities
- Embody Chanel values and DNA, sharing solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage and know how with clients and the team
- Create a tailor made experience, offering personalized solutions and ensuring excellence in client service in accordance with Chanel's rituals and standards
- Develop cross selling among all categories in the boutique
- Build your own client database and consistently focus on clienteling alongside your Manager
- Actively participate in beauty events and workshops organized for clients
- Ensure the boutique is perfectly well maintained in respect to VM guidelines
- Collaborate with others and contribute to building the success of the boutique by achieving sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience within a high end or luxury retail environment as a Beauty Advisor
- Fluency in English is a must
- Passionate about make up and beauty overall
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive mindset and intercultural approach

Context & Environment
- Position based in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi.
- CHANEL boutiques are the heart of the brand's vision. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the sales team within our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make up, fragrances and skincare), and you will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience is given

Key Competencies & Requirements
- You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience within a high end or Luxury Retail environment.
- Fluency in English is a must, Arabic or Russian would be an advantage.
- You are passionate about make up and beauty overall and have a strong understanding of excellent client experience.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and an intercultural approach.
