Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of glass facade systems and architectural glass products
- Handle, move, and prepare glass materials safely
- Support cutting, assembly, sealing, and finishing processes
- Follow factory safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate and monitor glass tempering furnace equipment
- Load and unload glass sheets according to production requirements
- Check glass quality, thickness, and finishing standards
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures
- Operate CNC machines for glass or aluminium processing
- Set machine parameters and perform production tasks according to drawings
Requirements
- Previous experience in glass, aluminium, facade, or construction industries preferred
- Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Immediate availability is preferred

Job Description
- We are looking for experienced and motivated candidates to join our Glass & Aluminium Factory team. Glass Facade Factory Worker Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of glass facade systems and architectural glass products.
- Handle, move, and prepare glass materials safely.
- Support cutting, assembly, sealing, and finishing processes.
- Follow factory safety procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Glass Tempering Operator Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor glass tempering furnace equipment.
- Load and unload glass sheets according to production requirements.
- Check glass quality, thickness, and finishing standards.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines for glass or aluminium processing.
- Set machine parameters and perform production tasks according to drawings.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Read technical drawings and measurements.
Aluminium Fabricator Responsibilities
- Fabricate aluminium frames, doors, windows, and facade systems.
- Cut, assemble, drill, and install aluminium profiles.
- Read fabrication drawings and follow specifications.
- Perform finishing work and quality checks.
- Ensure accurate dimensions and strong assembly.
Glass Installer / Glazier Responsibilities
- Install glass panels, windows, doors, and facade systems.
- Perform silicone sealing and finishing works.
- Measure openings and ensure accurate installation.
- Handle glass safely during transportation and installation.
- Complete installation work according to project requirements.
General Requirements
- Previous experience in glass, aluminium, facade, or construction industries preferred.
- Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Pay
- AED 1,002.54 AED 1,700.00 per month
