Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packaging, loading, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Ensure glass, aluminum, and other fragile materials are properly packed, labeled, protected, and secured before dispatch
- Prepare daily work schedules and allocate manpower based on production and delivery priorities
- Coordinate transport bookings, driver assignments, and dispatch schedules to meet customer requirements
- Maintain accurate delivery notes, packing lists, ERP records, and product traceability documentation
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures during packaging, loading, and transportation activities
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and on time deliveries
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of loading equipment and report any operational issues
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, packaging, dispatch, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience supervising packaging, loading, or dispatch teams
- Good knowledge of safe handling, packaging, and loading methods for glass, aluminum, and other fragile materials
- Practical understanding of forklifts, overhead cranes, A frames, lifting straps, and other lifting accessories
- Technical Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines while maintaining high safety and quality standards
