- Prepare cost estimates and tenders for façade and aluminum projects
- Review drawings, BOQs, and quantities with the QS team
- Develop pricing models and assess commercial risks
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance and value engineering
- Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and support post award handover
Requirements
- 7–8 years’ experience in façade estimation and cost engineering
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, façade components, and glazing
- Expertise in quantity take offs, pricing, margins, and cost optimization
- Advanced Excel and estimation tools; ERP experience is a plus
- Engineering degree with the ability to meet tight tender deadlines

Compensation
- Pay: AED10.00 AED6,500.00 per month
