- Oversee and manage all day to day operations within the interior fitout factory
- Direct and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople and laborers

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all day to day operations within the interior fitout factory, ensuring efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
- Direct and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople and laborers, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions for quality workmanship.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the fabrication and installation processes to meet project specifications and client expectations.
- Manage site activities, coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of interior fitout projects.
- Monitor and control project budgets, tracking material costs, labor expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the factory floor and at project sites, conducting regular safety audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or conflicts that arise during fabrication or installation, proposing practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, material inventory, site progress, and daily reports for management review.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project updates, safety protocols, and performance feedback, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Optimize workflow and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize project delays and waste.
