Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all joinery factory operations, including production, planning, assembly, finishing, upholstery, installation support, and workforce management
- Develop and execute production schedules while coordinating with project, design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and implement continuous quality control measures
- Drive operational efficiency by managing inventory, machinery maintenance, cost control, resource utilization, KPI reporting, and productivity improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Wood Technology, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, woodworking, furniture production, or interior fit out operations
- At least 5 years of experience in a Factory Manager or Production Manager leadership role
- Experience managing large scale luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial fit out projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/production management systems

Job Description
- Lead and oversee all joinery factory operations, including production, planning, assembly, finishing, upholstery, installation support, and workforce management.

Qualifications

- Must have Experience managing large scale luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial fit out projects & Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/production management systems
