Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of construction, fit out, and civil works projects from concept through handover
- Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, and fire & safety works across multiple sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality, and safety standards
- Support site identification and feasibility assessments for new retail hubs and centres
- Source, evaluate, and appoint contractors and suppliers; manage scope and performance
- Own project budgets and CAPEX planning; forecast, track, and control costs
- Manage authority approvals and permits with local municipalities and authorities
- Ensure smooth handover of completed sites including snagging and documentation
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance of live facilities
- Champion HSE culture across all projects and facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 4 6 years of experience in facility, project, or infrastructure management with strong construction/fit out background
- Proven track record delivering multi site build out or fit out projects end to end
- UAE/GCC experience with knowledge of local authority approval processes and building regulations
- Solid grasp of civil and MEP works and ability to read technical drawings
- Strong project management discipline
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD (reading level), and MS Office/Google Workspace

About the Role
- We are looking for a Facility Project Manager to take end to end ownership of building, delivering, and maintaining physical spaces across the UAE.
- This is a hands on role for someone who blends an infrastructure mindset with real construction experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle of construction, fit out, and civil works projects from concept through handover.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, and fire & safety works across multiple sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Support site identification and feasibility assessments for new retail hubs and centres.
- Translate operational requirements into practical space and infrastructure plans.
- Drive space optimisation and capacity planning.
- Source, evaluate, and appoint contractors and suppliers; manage scope and performance.
- Own project budgets and CAPEX planning; forecast, track, and control costs.
- Review and negotiate quotations, contracts, and variation orders.
- Manage authority approvals and permits with local municipalities and authorities.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed sites including snagging and documentation.
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance of live facilities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 4 6 years of experience in facility, project, or infrastructure management with strong construction/fit out background.
- Proven track record delivering multi site build out or fit out projects end to end.
- UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred, with working knowledge of local authority approval processes and building regulations.
- Experience in retail, automotive, industrial, warehousing, or logistics environments is a plus.
- Solid grasp of civil and MEP works and ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong project management discipline.
- Confident vendor negotiation and contractor management skills.
- Highly organised with ability to run multiple projects.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD (reading level), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
