Role overview

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of facility management initiatives within urban planning zones in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Serve as a liaison between stakeholders while ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and regulation-compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate urban planners, contractors, facility operators, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs, risks, corrective actions, expenditures, contracts, vendors, and service levels.
  • Prepare reports, status updates, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze facility data and requirements to improve zone planning and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, building codes, and organizational policies.
  • Lead and mentor project teams and document lessons learned after project completion.

Required qualifications

  • At least five years of project management experience, including three years in facility management or urban infrastructure.
  • Experience working in a PMO or similar governance structure.
  • Knowledge of urban planning, facility operations, and infrastructure project delivery.
  • Expertise in budgets, cost control, financial analysis, project tools, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia regulations and local compliance standards.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational change.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with facility management systems and AutoCAD or similar design and planning software.
