Responsibilities
- Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures across all properties
- Lead and manage day to day facility operations, ensuring all assets are maintained in optimal condition
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs and ensure timely execution
- Manage facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost saving opportunities
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
- Lead, mentor, and develop the facility management team
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in hospitality or multi property environments
- Strong knowledge of maintenance programs, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements
- Experience managing budgets and identifying cost saving opportunities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

- The Facility Management Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall facility management operations across all properties under management.
- Ensures facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while optimizing operational costs and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and manage day to day facility operations, ensuring all assets are maintained in optimal condition.

- Oversee the Move In/Move Out process and ensure compliance with operational requirements.
- Lead utility management initiatives to optimize consumption and improve sustainability.
- Manage housekeeping, security, and other facility service providers.
- Review security and incident reports, implement corrective actions, and mitigate risks.
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance.
