Role Overview

  • The Facility Management Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall facility management operations across all properties under management.
  • The role ensures that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while optimizing operational costs and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations across all properties.
  • Lead and manage day to day facility operations, ensuring all assets are maintained in optimal condition.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
  • Manage facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the Move In/Move Out process and ensure compliance with operational and contractual requirements.
  • Lead utility management initiatives to optimize consumption, improve sustainability, and ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and other facility service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service standards.
  • Review security and incident reports, implement corrective actions, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
