- Responsible for entire Facility Management functions for company Accommodation
- Ensure building and facilities are in best operational condition and safe for tenants regarding civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing functions
- Recommend and initiate maintenance activity and coordinate with HRM & Purchase
- Ensure availability of technical resources to maintain building standards
- Ensure value preservation of properties
- Ensure statutory maintenance work and follow up with contractors for PPM
- Ensure camp policies are implemented and follow up
- Camp in charge responsibility and work with camp administration
- Assume tasks in workplace protection and occupational safety
- Team coordination and site supervision
Requirements
- Experience in facility management and building maintenance
- Knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience in camp administration
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and purchase department
