Requirements
- School certificate or equivalent
- Recognized knowledge of facilities maintenance
- Full driving license
- Relevant industry experience
- Knowledge about HVAC, Fire Fighting & Low Voltage Distribution system
- Knowledge about Depot Equipment, Central Battery System & CCTV
- Knowledge about Building Plumbing & Drainage, Irrigation & UG Networks
- English as first language or advanced level of written and verbal skill
- Good planning skills
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate and direct employees

Position Overview
- The Facilities Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the execution of the facilities maintenance, the day to day supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Team, contractor management and supervision.
Roles and Responsibility
- Coordinates and executes all activities of the Facilities Maintenance Team.
- Develops and leads a team of professional operatives.
- Management and supervision of contractors.
- Provides the material required for maintenance.

Desirable qualifications, skills and experience
- School certificate or equivalent.
