Key Responsibilities
Own the engineering support, reliability, and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure, HVAC, building automation, mechanical systems, utilities, and cryogenic production equipment.
Evaluate system performance, identify capacity or reliability risks, and develop technical recommendations for repairs, upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle planning.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for equipment failures, recurring alarms, process interruptions, and other system-level issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.
Design and Plan facility and utility projects from concept through commissioning, including scope development, design review, cost estimates, schedules, contractor coordination, acceptance testing, and turnover documentation.
Review engineering drawings, equipment submittals, technical specifications, operating procedures, and vendor proposals for safety, quality, operability, maintainability, and compliance
Perform other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program
Graduating on/after 2027
Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status

WE VALUE:
A bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or a closely related technical field.
Previous experience leading technical work, coordinating teams, or supervising employees or contractors.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and environmental monitoring systems.
The ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, engineering drawings, and equipment documentation.
Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and computerized maintenance management systems.
Effective communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tools used for reporting, analysis, and project tracking.
