Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or equivalent. Desired, not required.
Previous building management experience highly regarded.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic financial management skills.
Full driver’s license required.
The Role: As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of compliance, maintenance, financial administration, and stakeholder engagement activities across an industrial property portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional looking to build a long-term career in facilities and property management. Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Process accounts and assist with financial tasks.
Maintain compliance and risk documentation.
Support vendors, tenants, and internal teams with queries.
Track and report on maintenance, tenant issues, and upcoming works.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
