The firm provides fire engineering, code compliance, fire risk assessment, passive fire protection, façade fire safety, special inspections, testing and commissioning, and authority approval support.
Role Overview
The Facade & Firestopping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on façade and firestopping design review, site inspections, technical reporting, stakeholder coordination, and approval support.
Core Responsibilities
- Review façade and firestopping designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance with Fire & Life Safety codes, UAE Civil Defence requirements, and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections, document findings, and prepare technical reports for façade systems, passive fire protection, and firestopping installations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, project stakeholders, and authority representatives to resolve design and construction issues.
- Support authority approvals, testing and commissioning, technical guidance, and continuous improvement of façade fire safety and firestopping quality.
