Engineering and Design
- Review shop drawings, fabrication details, profile extrusions, and structural load calculations.
- Review wind, dead-load, and seismic calculations for curtain walls, skylights, and ACP cladding.
QA/QC and Fabrication
- Oversee factory cutting and assembly tolerances.
- Oversee anodizing and powder-coating quality.
- Oversee mock-up performance tests for water, air, and structural performance.
Site Execution
- Supervise installation teams and resolve interface and waterproofing issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and ASTM, BS, and EN international codes.
Coordination
- Manage material estimations and project timelines.
- Coordinate technical approvals with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
- At least seven years of experience in structural glazing, stick or unitized curtain wall systems, and aluminum fabrication.
- AutoCAD is required; Revit, STAAD.Pro, and Orgadata LogiKal are also listed.
- GCC experience, UPDA/MMUP registration, and a valid Qatar driving license are preferred.
