About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Fabrication Manager to lead our aluminum workshop. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing the fabrication of aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, and other architectural aluminum systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily workshop fabrication operations
- Plan and control fabrication schedules to ensure on time delivery
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, glazing, and quality control
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Installation teams
- Monitor production efficiency, material utilization, and inventory
- Lead, train, and motivate workshop personnel
- Ensure machinery is properly maintained and workplace safety standards are followed
- Drive continuous improvement to maximize productivity and minimize waste
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in aluminum fabrication
- At least 3 years in a Fabrication Manager or similar leadership role
- Extensive experience in fabrication of aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, pergolas, louvers, glass partitions, and other architectural aluminum systems
- Strong knowledge of aluminum profile systems, glazing, fabrication techniques, and architectural hardware
- Ability to read and interpret shop and fabrication drawings
- Proven experience in production planning, quality control, manpower management, and delivery scheduling
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- GCC experience is highly preferred
