Position Summary
Deliver memorable food and beverage service for guests in the pool and beach operation.
Provide a wide range of guest services while making transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and provide service.
- Manage menu information and help create a safe, high-quality guest experience.
- Clean work areas and maintain supplies used in service.
- Follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Workplace and Physical Requirements
- This is a full-time, non-management position at the Dubai property and is not remote.
- The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, and movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- The role requires reading and visually verifying information and handling objects up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
