- Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple F&B brands
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Monitor brand performance, sales targets, operational standards, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular operational visits to all brand locations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service
- Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost control
- Supervise outlet managers and operational teams
- Handle customer concerns, operational challenges, and escalations
- Coordinate with HR, Purchasing, Finance, Kitchen, and Marketing departments
- Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, training, and team development
- Monitor inventory management, stock control, wastage reduction, and operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations management within Qatar
- Proven experience managing multiple F&B brands or restaurant concepts
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, and operational management
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting
- Good knowledge of Qatar food safety and municipality regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and professional F&B Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operations of multiple Food & Beverage brands across the organization.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong operational leadership, business management skills, and extensive experience in managing multi brand F&B operations within Qatar.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high customer service standards, improving profitability, managing operational teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B brands and ensure smooth business performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

- Conduct regular operational visits to all brand locations and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service across all outlets.

- Supervise outlet managers and operational teams to ensure effective workflow and accountability.
- Handle customer concerns, operational challenges, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with HR, Purchasing, Finance, Kitchen, and Marketing departments to support business operations.

- Monitor inventory management, stock control, wastage reduction, and operational expenses.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations management within Qatar.
- Proven experience managing multiple F&B brands or restaurant concepts is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, and operational management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Qatar food safety and municipality regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
