- Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurants and F&B outlets
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Monitor outlet performance, sales, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, productivity, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and outlet teams
- Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Manage labor costs, scheduling, staffing levels, and workforce productivity
- Review P&L reports and control operating expenses to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and outlet managers on menu performance and product quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP requirements, and local authorities
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of Food & Beverage operations experience
- Minimum 3 years in an Operations Manager or Multi Unit Manager position
- Strong experience managing multiple restaurant or café locations
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, labor planning, and cost control
- Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health regulations
- Experience with restaurant POS and inventory management systems
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
