Serve as a professional and welcoming Hostess for guests, clients, and visitors.
Create a comfortable guest experience through strong communication, hospitality etiquette, and professional presentation.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Guest Service Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors.
- Manage guest arrivals and direct visitors to the appropriate person, meeting room, or seating area.
- Provide refreshments including tea, coffee, and water when required.
- Handle basic guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with reception, administration, and other departments for smooth guest handling.
Reception and Event Support
- Maintain a professional, elegant, clean, and welcoming reception or guest area.
- Assist with meetings, events, VIP visits, and other guest-related activities.
- Monitor the guest area and ensure it remains organized and presentable.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client and company information.
- Follow company grooming and dress-code standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a hostess, guest relations, receptionist, front desk, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, luxury retail, or corporate guest-service experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Applicants should be pleasant, confident, professional, well-groomed, and presentable.
- English communication ability is required; Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Dubai or UAE experience is preferred.
