- Build and maintain a network of external contacts and conduct market and competition analysis
- Coordinate and oversee execution of brand related events, promotions, and special marketing activities
- Assist procurement in sourcing and negotiating with food and non food suppliers
- Compile and submit financial and non financial brand performance reports
- Implement and monitor adherence to brand and corporate policies and procedures
- Oversee expansion of sales channels such as catering, delivery, e commerce
- Assist in developing and launching new menus, including cost analysis and price evaluation
- Monitor daily performance of stores focusing on financial KPIs and customer service
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team
Requirements
- 6 8 years of experience in F&B Operations or similar role
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting systems

Job Purpose
- The F&B Field Operations Manager supports strategic direction from F&B brand managers to achieve sustainable value creation for the brand in the assigned area.
- Assists in market analysis, event coordination, supplier negotiation, HR collaboration, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of external contacts. Conduct comprehensive market and competition analysis.
- Coordinate and oversee execution of brand related events, promotions, and special marketing activities.
- Assist procurement in sourcing and negotiating with food and non food suppliers.
- Provide follow up support for maintenance and loss prevention matters.
- Compile and submit financial and non financial brand performance reports.
- Implement and monitor adherence to brand and corporate policies and procedures.
- Oversee expansion of sales channels (catering, delivery, e commerce, mobile food concepts).
- Assist in developing and launching new menus; conduct cost analysis, price evaluation, recipe validation.
- Monitor and drive daily performance of stores focusing on financial KPIs and customer service.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; Arabic, French, or Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
- HACCP certification is a plus.
- 6 8 years of experience in F&B Operations or similar role.
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
