Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and service operations
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff for smooth service
- Handle guest queries and resolve service issues professionally
- Maintain hygiene, presentation, and service standards
- Train and guide service staff when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&B Captain or Senior Waiter
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Well-groomed and professional personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
