Job Purpose

The F&B Brand Manager is responsible for driving the strategic development

and growth of designated brands, playing a crucial role in their overall

evolution and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize profitability and maintain high-quality standards for sales, rotation, and loss by coordinating activities across brands.
  • Propose and oversee tailored brand training programs, ensuring adherence to established standards, and provide recommendations for improving effectiveness.
  • Analyze pricing, competition, and market segments to achieve store targets, and regularly submit brand-related reports and data.
  • Lead the opening and expansion of new markets, collaborating with franchisors, country directors, and various corporate departments to validate new outlet locations and designs.
  • Coordinate the planning and organization of events, promotions, sales, and special marketing activities in close collaboration with the marketing department and suppliers to effectively execute marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to select menu items and products that align with market preferences.
  • Collaborate with country managers to establish seasonal budgets and evaluate performance against operational plans and standards.
  • Regularly compile and submit both financial and non-financial brand performance reports to the Senior F&B Director on a monthly basis.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, or Business Administration, or a
  • related field.
  • Seven to nine years of experience in Food and Beverage or a similar role.
  • Four years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish, or Italian, or French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • HACCP or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial or accounting systems and procedures.
