Responsibilities
- Maximize profits and ensure high quality standards for sales, rotation and loss through coordinating brands’ activities
- Suggest and guide specific brand training while ensuring compliance with set standards
- Analyze prices, competition and market segments to achieve store targets and submit brand reports
- Take charge of new market openings/expansions liaising with franchisors, Country Managers and corporate departments
- Plan and organize events, promotions, sales and special marketing activities
- Coordinate with Operations Managers on menu items/products selection
- Determine seasonal budget in coordination with Country Managers and review performance
- Draft monthly financial and non financial brand performance reports to F&B President
- Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, motivating and evaluating team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 9 years of experience in Food and Beverage or similar role
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- MBA is a plus
- HACCP or relevant certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Spanish, Italian or French is a plus

Role Purpose
- The F&B Brand Manager is responsible for guiding the strategic development and growth of the assigned brand and for contributing to its development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize profits and ensure high quality standards for sales, rotation and loss through coordinating brands’ activities
- Suggest and guide specific brand training while ensuring compliance with the set standards and making recommendations for effectiveness improvement
- Analyze prices, competition and market segments in order to achieve set store target and submit brand related reports and data on a regular basis
- Take charge of new markets opening/expansions while liaising with franchisors, Country Managers and different corporate departments for new outlets validation and designs
- Plan and organize events, promotions, sales and special marketing activities, while liaising with the Marketing department and the suppliers to properly execute marketing strategies
- Coordinate with the Operations Managers on the menu items/products selection in adherence to the market’s taste
- Determine the seasonal budget in coordination with Country Managers and review performance against operating plans and standards
- Draft and submit, on a monthly basis, financial and non financial brand performance reports to the F&B President
- Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, motivating and evaluating team members to ensure they have the necessary skill base and that their potential is maximized
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, or Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 7 9 years of experience in Food and Beverage, or a similar role. 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- HACCP or relevant certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of financial or accounting systems and procedures
- Fluency in English; Spanish, Italian or French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
