Job Summary

  • The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
  • The role involves taking orders, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling guest requests, and ensuring a positive dining experience in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and special offers.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
  • Prepare tables with required tableware, linens, and condiments.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly.
  • Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.
  • Process guest bills and payments accurately following company procedures.
  • Follow opening and closing checklists for the assigned outlet.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
