- Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service
- Prepare tables with required tableware, linens, and condiments
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required
- Process guest bills and payments accurately following company procedures
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Job Summary
- The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- The role involves taking orders, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling guest requests, and ensuring a positive dining experience in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
