About the role
Oversee financial accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency across food and beverage operations.
Manage F&B revenue accounting, reporting, inventory cost control, and financial audits.
Support compliance and the venue’s financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly F&B dashboards and MIS reports with revenue costing and budget analysis.
- Manage event-day credit card distribution and reconcile sales to actual revenue.
- Process suite holder invoices.
- Calculate royalty and concession commission invoices for third-party partners.
- Post F&B revenues, bank receipts, and backstage entries in Business Central.
- Support budgeting and forecasting for F&B operations.
- Conduct internal audits, stock counts, and warehouse audits with variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with UAE legislation, company policies, and financial controls.
- Submit alcohol event revenue to the Dubai Municipality portal and process payments.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 3–5 years of cost-accounting experience is required.
