- Expertise in advanced exploration techniques (geophysics, geochemistry, remote sensing, sampling, drilling, resource modeling)
- Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills
- Ability to mentor and develop talent

Role Overview
- The Exploration Manager plays a pivotal role in driving discovery by enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of exploration activities across district scale camps.
- Requires comprehensive understanding of technical, financial, legal, commercial, economic, community, and corporate factors influencing value creation through mineral discovery.
- Aligned with Maaden's Exploration & Resource Development strategy and Strategy 2040.
Key Accountabilities
- Promote a Safety First culture and implement EHSS management system.
- Proactively identify and mitigate current and emerging risks.
- Ensure excellence in exploration executions.
- Develop, manage, and optimize exploration budgets.
- Oversee application of advanced exploration techniques including geophysics, geochemistry, remote sensing, sampling, drilling, and resource modeling.
- Build workforce capability by mentoring and developing talent.
- Assess exploration programs based on potential reward, risk, and cost; prioritize high potential projects.
