Overview
The Hosting Operations team is seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Citrix engineer to join a growing team. This individual will work closely with the Business Unit leaders, Support leadership team, SDO, Altera internal IT, partners, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- · Implement and support enterprise-level Citrix environments
- · Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers and ADCs and related systems
- · Identify opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes
- · Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems with Citrix and related systems
- · Serve as third level escalation for Citrix support and troubleshooting
- · Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
- · Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
- · Participate in on-call 24X7 support
- Contribution towards the team synergy:
- Coach, and mentor junior team members and provide leadership.
- Complete root cause analysis and problem management and share with team members to improve team processes.
- Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level.
- Take ownership of assigned task(s) and provide project updates.
