- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Deliver tailored property presentations and investment consultations
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with precision and professionalism
- Evaluate resale properties and guide owners on market positioning
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with expertise, integrity, and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or investment advisory
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing high value deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is preferred
