Responsibilities
- Lead expatriate security governance and implementation across multiple locations
- Support security planning activities and ensure a 'Security by Design' approach for facilities and development projects
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
- Develop, maintain, and monitor security concepts, security records, and compliance documentation
- Support physical security audits and assist in addressing audit findings and corrective actions
- Coordinate travel security measures and support business travelers visiting high risk destinations
- Assist with security operations, incident management, and security risk management initiatives
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and regional security functions
- Contribute to digitalization, automation, and AI driven security initiatives
- Travel within the region as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- 4–6 years of corporate/private security experience, preferably within an OEM environment
- Experience in security risk management, physical security, security planning, or security operations
- Knowledge of access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and physical security systems
- Experience conducting site security risk assessments and threat/vulnerability analysis
- Ability to develop and review security plans, layouts, and security design concepts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience interacting with senior leadership and cross functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel across the region and work flexible hours when required
- Experience supporting travel security, executive protection, or operations in high risk environments preferred
- Familiarity with digital tools, automation platforms, and AI enabled productivity solutions advantageous

- We are currently hiring for a Specialist Expatriate Security & Security Planning role with a leading global automotive manufacturer based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for expatriate security governance, security planning, physical security risk management, travel security support, audit compliance, and security operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific regions.
