Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary trainee to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management.

The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to executives and senior management
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare, format, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications professionally
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation when required
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management
