- Provide high level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes while maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate internal and external communications, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and department representatives
- Manage executive schedules, prioritize appointments, and ensure timely follow up on action items
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism
- Support office operations and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 3 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and capability to work independently in a fast paced environment
