Job Overview

  • We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to join our team.
  • The role provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes while maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and department representatives.
  • Manage executive schedules, prioritize appointments, and ensure timely follow up on action items.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
  • Support office operations and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and capability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
