About the Role
A leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and other executive documents
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and requests
- Organize board meetings, executive committee meetings, and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and follow up actions
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Track and follow up on key action items, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and smooth business operations
- Prepare briefing materials and background information for meetings and presentations
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar senior administrative role supporting C level executives
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Job Overview

- Experience working in the healthcare sector is preferred.
