Job Description

  • The Sales Executive Joinery Workshop drives business development and revenue growth in the joinery and fit out market.
  • Role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the joinery and fit out sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, real estate developers, and direct end clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and pricing options.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales contracts.
  • Liaise with workshop production team, designers, and project managers.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, material innovations, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in joinery, interior fit out, construction materials, or related industry.
