About the Role
Al Ghurair seeks an experienced Public Relations Executive to coordinate government relations and manage legal documentation for taxi operations. The role involves liaising with authorities, processing vehicle registrations, and managing fines.

Responsibilities
- Carry out all activities for official collection & submission of government applications and processing of legal documents
- Accurately prepare and process legal documents related to government agencies for renewal & new vehicles
- Represent the company at different offices like Airport, Embassies, Police station, Ministries, etc.
- Assist in determining issues identified with vehicle registration and renewal
- Manage Salik & Traffic fine for new and existing vehicles under Taxis, Limos & Private categories
- Provide expert advice to business and employees on permits, approvals, incidents investigations & gov related procedures
- Manage database of fines paid daily by drivers and ensure entry in D365 system
- Manage communication with Taxi Drivers for renewal of expired driving licenses and filing cases with court
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Regulatory authorities RTA / CID /Dubai Police
Requirements
- Minimum of Secondary Education with strong PR experience
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in public relations or a related field related to taxi operations
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with local government agencies
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Qualification in doing activities with UAE government and RTA related to taxi operations
- More than 5+ years of proven experience with strong knowledge of UAE Labour law
- Must have experience and working knowledge with government organizations and embassies

Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations / authorities and provide a key inter face between the two and provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs.
Operational Responsibilities
- Carry out all activities for official collection & submission of government applications and processing of variety of legal documents.
- Accurately prepare and process required legal documents related to government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Tadweer, Civil Defense, Traffic & Transport department and Municipality for renewal & new vehicles.
- Represent the company at different offices like Airport, Embassies, Police station, Ministries, Municipalities, Traffic department as and when required.
- Assist the office in determining any issues identified with vehicle registration and renewal.
- Salik & Traffic fine management for new and existing vehicles under Taxis, Limos & Private categories.
- Provide expert advice to business and employees on all permits, approvals, incidents investigations & other gov related procedures.
- Manages the database of fines paid daily by drivers and ensures the entry of all fines in D365 system.
People Management
- Manage Communication with Taxi Drivers in terms of renewal of expired driving licenses and also filing case with court against customers for non payment of fare trips.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Regulatory authorities RTA / CID /Dubai Police, customers, and partners.
- Leading organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading cross functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Secondary Education with strong PR experience.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in public relations or a related field related to taxi operations.
