- Oversee the day to day operations of the Chairman’s Office and ensure smooth executive functioning
- Manage the Chairman’s strategic agenda, priorities, and executive calendar
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman, senior executives, Board members, and government entities
- Coordinate, monitor, and ensure follow up on the implementation of Chairman’s decisions and strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive reports, briefing materials, meeting notes, and decision support documents
- Organize and coordinate high level meetings, Board activities, executive events, and international engagements
- Manage official communications and assignments delegated by the Chairman
- Oversee travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical coordination for the Chairman
- Ensure governance, accuracy, and timely execution of strategic initiatives across the organization
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly sensitive matters with discretion
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Chairman’s Office Manager, CEO Office Manager, Chief of Staff, or Senior Executive Assistant roles
- Proven experience within large corporations, holding groups, or diversified organizations
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong experience liaising with government entities and senior stakeholders
- Experience coordinating Board level activities and executive governance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or related field
