Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred
- Proven experience as an Internal Audit Manager or similar role within a UAE insurance company
- Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management, and corporate governance
- Familiarity with CBUAE regulations and the UAE insurance regulatory environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and report writing skills
