- Support the placement of treaty and facultative reinsurance risks with local and international markets
- Prepare placement submissions, underwriting information, and renewal documentation
- Liaise with reinsurers, brokers, and cedants to obtain quotations and negotiate terms
- Coordinate placements from submission through binding and documentation
- Maintain accurate placement records and ensure timely renewals
- Support relationship management with existing and prospective reinsurance markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in reinsurance broking, insurance, or reinsurance placement
- Exposure to treaty and facultative reinsurance placements preferred
- Strong understanding of reinsurance principles, treaty, and facultative structures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACII or Dip CII are an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in reinsurance broking, insurance, or reinsurance placement.
- Exposure to treaty and facultative reinsurance placements is preferred.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of reinsurance principles, treaty, and facultative structures.
- Experience working with regional and international reinsurance markets is desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with insurance or reinsurance broking systems is an advantage.
