Job Summary
Operate and scale a multidisciplinary security engineering squad covering AppSec, AI Governance, Continuous Security Validation, and Compliance Trail.
Own 1LoD delivery against 2LoD-approved policies, measurable SLA adherence, inspection readiness, tooling consolidation, and integration architecture.
Multi-Workstream Delivery Leadership
- Lead delivery across AppSec, AI Governance, Continuous Security Validation, and Compliance Trail workstreams.
- Map delivery to 2LoD-approved policies, maintain measurable SLA adherence, and preserve CBUAE inspection readiness.
Tooling and Governance
- Own the consolidated tooling stack, drive vendor consolidation, define integration architecture, and maintain the DefectDojo to Attestation to Power BI evidence chain.
- Act as the primary 1LoD counterpart to 2LoD Risk and the AI Center of Excellence.
- Chair the Security Champions Guild and present the monthly DevSecOps Governance Dashboard.
Regulatory and Security Engineering
- Align delivery with CBUAE requirements, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001, while maintaining evidence for regulatory inspections.
