Jumeirah is hiring a Learning and Development Executive for Jumeirah Mina Al Salam from September 2026 onwards.
The role supports property-level learning and development administration and training delivery across departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage property-level L&D administration and support L&D initiatives across departments.
- Coordinate training activities, respond to basic learning-system requests, and support colleagues.
- Create property-specific courses, maintain training records, and track learning completion.
- Support learning needs analysis, learning audits, data analysis, and action planning.
